Type a comment preceding the symbol declarations or - in case of functions and methods - preceding the implementation.
You can also document a symbol in its declaration location by inserting the comment block following the symbol. If you place the comment block following the symbol declaration location, the block must begin on the same lineas the end of the symbol.
