Note that the HTML Help Compiler is not part of the Doc-O-Matic installation. For more information about Help compilers, see 
https://www.doc-o-matic.com/en/resources.html. After installing your Help compiler start the HTML Help Workshop once. Doc-O-Matic should now be able to locate the Help compiler on your computer.
HTML Help A proprietary format for online Help files. Files in this format are organized in a database-like manner. They have a set of web pages written in a subset of HTML and a hyperlinked table of contents.
.chm The filename extension that identifies the HTML Help file.
hhc.exe The compiler for HTML Help.
