How to get here: In Settings on the PDF or RTF Configuration tab, select Files & Format > Output Options

bookmarks In PDF links to certain parts of the PDF document that are presented in a separate pane. In Doc-O-Matic generated PDF documents the TOC is presented in the bookmarks pane. 

expand levels To show levels of the TOC when the print document is opened. 

copyright page The second page in a book.
