PersistentFileNames Class

Namespace: XmlNotepad

This class takes care of converting file names to a relative form that makes it easier to move the host application to different machines and still have relative file names work correctly. It also replaces well known paths with the variables %StartupPath%, %ProgramFiles, %UserProfile% and %SystemRoot%.
