The Move Documentation Tool allows you to copy or to move comments from your source file into DTX files. Follow the steps of the Move Documentation Wizard.

Click Next to copy or move all comments from one of your project source files.

• All source files of your current project are listed under Name.
• Select the source files the comments of which you want to copy or move by checking the respective check boxes.
• Click All, to process all your source files.
• Click None, to clear all check boxes, after selecting them by clicking All.
• Click Next, if you have selected the source files you want Doc-O-Matic to process.

On this page you can select the destinations from which you want to copy or move your comments. Do one of the following:

• Click Declaration and Implementation location comments, to move or copy comments from both declaration and implementation location.
• Click Declaration comments only, to process comments from the declaration location only.
• Click Implementation comments only, to move or copy comments from the implementation section only.

Now you need to select whether you want to move or to copy your comments. Do one of the following:

• Click Copy comments, do not change source files, to leave your comments in the source file and only copy the comments into a DTX file.
• Click Move comments, delete source comments, to remove source comments from your source code and move comments into a DTX file.

On this page you can determine where you want to copy or move your comments to. Do one of the following:

• Click Automatically create DTX file, to create a DTX file for each file you process. Files are named automatically.
• Click Into one single DTX file, to move the comments from all processed files into one DTX file. Insert the path and the name of the DTX file you want to use.
• Click Add Files to the project, to add the created files to the project.

Doc-O-Matic moves or copies your comments.

• Click Finish, to make Doc-O-Matic update your source files.
