Edit Comment

Adding generic source files to your project, use this dialog box to specify the comment type used in your file. Doc-O-Matic can handle two types of comments.

  1. In the Kind box, select the comment type you use.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Select Single Line, if you use a begin token and the next line feed as end token
    • Select Begin / End, if you use begin and end token.
  3. In the Begin box, enter the begin token that you use.
  4. In the End box, enter the end token that you use.

generic source file A file of a programming language that Doc-O-Matic does not understand natively and interprets as DTX file. Comment styles must be specified and topic identifiers must be inserted manually for each symbol. For example, VB6, Ada and SQL files are generic source files.
