If you report feedback you can optionally provide your name and e-mail address. If you do, we will get back to you unless you do not wish to be contacted. If you provide an e-mail address a carbon copy of the e-mail you are sending is sent to you. 

If you are reporting a problem please supply as much information as possible (for example, a list of steps that allows us to recreate the problem). If we have a description of what you have done with Doc-O-Matic when you were running into the problem, it is much easier for us to recreate it and to fix it. 

You are very welcome to supply us with any feedback you want, including suggestions for changes or requests for new features and - of course - bug reports. Thanks for any feedback you give us!
