There are several ways to ensure a consistent look of documentation even though documentation is authored by different persons in Doc-O-Matic. You can:
Save your own project settings as templates and share them with your colleagues. All program settings such as formatting, added files and hierarchies of topics are stored in the template.
Import topic hierarchies and configurations from other projects to your current project.
Reset configuration settings to settings of another compatible configuration.
Use the same template as your team members to author you topics using the Topic Editor.
