There are several ways to change Topic Editor settings.
To change the font type for normal text and source code in the Topic Editor, select a font type in the Font list.
To change the size of the displayed text in the Topic Editor, select a value in the Display Size list.
To shrink images so that they fit into the Editor, select the Shrink images to fit into the Editor check box.
Default Location
You can store comments for your symbols in multiple location. The Topic Editor displays different comment parts in tabs. Under Default Location you can select which location you want to show by default.
Click Declaration to show comments stored in the declaration location by default.
Click Implementation to show comments stored in the implementation by default
Click DTX to show comments stored in DTX files by default.
Section Order
You can change in which order the Topic Editor displays your sections and Doc-O-Matic inserts sections back to your source or into a DTX file.
Click Definition to show sections in the order they are listed on the Sections page.
Click Appearance to show sections in the order you add them to a topic.
To prevent editing of topics in the Editor
Click Editor is read only initially on this page.
To allow editing in the Topic Editorautomatically, click Allow instant topic modifications.
To change this setting on a per-topic basis.
Right-click anywhere in the Topic Editor, point to Options, and then click Read Only.
To turn on autosave
To autosave the topic content when you switch to another topic, select the Automatically save changes check box.
To open the Application Options within the Editor
Right-click anywhere in the Topic Editor.
Point to Options, and then click Editor Options....
