  4. In the Join Sub-Topics column you can determine for each group topic that its subtopics appear on this page. For example, to present all members of a class on the page of the class, you would select the Join Sub-Topics check box next to the class topic.
  5. To format topic titles of joined topics edit the Topic Title (Sub-Topic) Formatting Element.
  1. On the Quick Access Toolbar, click Settings .
  2. Click the PDF or RTF Configuration tab.
  3. Select Files & Format > Page Layout > Numbering & Breaks.
  4. Under Break, select the 2 Page Full or the Page check box for each chapter level.

In your PDF document all sections appear as part of the topic. In your Help systems some sections appear in separate windows. The Formatting Elements for these Section Pages are listed in the category Section Pages. For details, see Navigation Information.
